Year 2 and Year 5 enjoyed working with David, a local scientist, to build rockets. They worked in small groups using card tubes for the body of their rockets. Using tape, they sealed the end so air couldn’t escape and made fins to help make the rocket fly further. The best part was flying the rockets ….. what fun we all had!
