Space Day in Year 2
Year 2 had a great Space Day. The costumes were amazing! The children enjoyed finding out about the life of an astronaut and the different planets.
Space Day in Nursery
5 4 3 2 1 Blast Off!!!! We’ve had a fantastic day in nursery dressing up, singing songs, travelling in our spaceships, playing with alien babies and making our own rockets!
Aliens
As part of our Space topic, Year 1 have been creating their own aliens in the school grounds. They made their alien out of clay and natural materials then worked together to create homes for their alien to stay in.
Space Day in Year 1
Year 1 had an amazing Space day. We did lots of arts and crafts. We made aliens and rockets using our hand prints. We did Space themed gymnastics. We imagined we were in Space and did a final routine of jumping and twirling.

Space Day in Year 6
Year Six enjoyed space day. First, they read the Marrog by R.C.Scriven and were asked to see if they could draw what the Alien looked like. They then created and recorded adverts to advertise a space product and finally combined some sketching, shading and painting to create an atmospheric space picture.
